BONEPOSNEWS - JAKARTA. PT Metro Batavia (Batavia Air) must pay the employee severance reach USD 14.1 billion by the decision of the Department of Labor Tangerang. The verdict higher than the demands of the original employees of Batavia Air only amounted to Rp 13.7 billion.
Attorneys for PT Metro Batavia (Batavia Air) Hudiyanto Odie said the verdict will be read at the Engine Shop Batavia Air Tangerang area Soekarno Hatta Airport at 10.00, Monday.
"It was the decision of the Tangerang Manpower punish Batavia Air employee severance pay amounting to Rp 14.1 billion," said Odie in Jakarta, Monday (11/3).
